White label is the shortest route to shelf: a proven formulation carries your brand and packaging, which suits store brands and first launches. ODM adds meaningful customisation through actives, texture, fragrance, and positioning. OEM applies when your company owns the formula or protected formulation IP and needs controlled production to specification.
MOQ, sample timing, testing scope, packaging availability, and production lead time depend on the formula and pack combination. We confirm these commercially after reviewing the brief instead of publishing a one-size-fits-all promise that may not apply to your project.
For US and EU launches, the project scope also identifies which regulatory tasks are completed by HE Manufacturing, the brand, the importer, the Responsible Person, or an appointed regulatory partner. Halal-certified manufacturing is available where the program requires it.

What is the minimum order quantity for private label skincare?
MOQ depends on the chosen formula, batch size, packaging, decoration, and labeling method. Share your product list, expected first order, and annual volume so we can confirm the most suitable route.
Can you manufacture Halal-certified skincare?
Yes. Our facility holds JAKIM Halal certification, and Halal scope can be applied to skincare programs where the brand requires it for Southeast Asian, Middle Eastern, or Halal-conscious markets.
Can you support skincare launches in the USA or European Union?
We manufacture for international supply and define testing, documentation, label inputs, and market responsibilities at project scope. The importer and US or EU Responsible Person retain the legal duties their market assigns to them.
