We exist to make great personal care manufacturable at scale, for brands, retailers, and distributors that refuse to compromise on what is in the bottle.
Founded in Malaysia to bring world-class formulation and contract manufacturing to brand owners, HE Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd runs six production lines covering hair care, personal care, bar soap, skincare, baby care, and home care, serving clients across Asia, the Middle East, North America, and beyond.
Our manufacturing and R&D facility in Kawasan Perindustrian Kundang, Malaysia houses automated filling lines, formulation labs, and quality control across one campus. Chemists and microbiologists develop proprietary formulations alongside client requirements.

HE Manufacturing began producing personal care products at its own plant in Malaysia, with early production supplying the hospitality sector.

Listed on the NPRA licensed cosmetic manufacturer register, certified to ISO 22716 cosmetics GMP and ISO 9001, registered as a US MoCRA facility, and an RSPO member, producing hair care, personal care, bar soap, skincare, baby care, and home care for more than 20 countries.
