Elsa Polidoro

CEO

Inspired by her father, Aldo Polidoro the inventor of the gas boiler burner and founder of POLIDORO ITALY she grew up surrounded by innovation and quality craftsmanship. After founding Artes Politecnica in Italy, a global leader in agricultural netting, she has continued her family’s legacy through HE Manufacturing, where she leads the design of premium, eco-friendly hotel amenities that blend sustainability with Italian excellence.

Mr . Vijayan Bhaskaran

Production Director

Mr. Vijayan Bhaskaran holds an Honours Degree in Chemistry from the University of Malaya and began his career at Unilever Malaysia, where he rose to become Manufacturing and Projects Director before retiring in 2008. With additional training in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and certifications from institutions including the Japan Institute of Production Management, he brings extensive expertise in manufacturing and process optimization. Following his retirement from Unilever, he served as Technical Director at McBride Fortlab, Ecolex Group, and Laffair Corporation until 2020.
